Most of what we know about how the body works and how best to maintain it has been learned over the last 50 years. The is new health science is called Nutritional Medicine, Cellular Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition. The basic goal of nutritional medicine is to create true body health from the inside out.

We each are made up of between 70 to 100 trillion cells. If we feed those cells exactly the food they require to be healthy, we can slow down the aging process, optimize our energy and physical performance and best of all, prevent degenerative conditions and disease.

By the time we are 65, 1 out of 2 North Americans has not 1, but 2 degenerative conditions or disease. Once an hour 1 billion of our bodies cells regenerate and they are looking for a very specific amount of vitamins, minerals and co-factors.

If these are not available in the body, our cells will substitute and draw from other parts of the body. Adding to this, additional factors in our world today (stress, exercise-yes, exercise, radiation, pollution in our homes and environment ) by the time we reach 65 our body has literally full of inflammation and is rusted from the inside out. This rusting is known as oxidative stress or free radical damage.
